If you cant find the answer to your problem on those pages, then go ahead and fill out and submit the form to the right or send an email to support@wireflow.se. If you choose to fill out the form, your support case will be processed faster since we can make sure that you provide us with the relevant information.

In order for our support team to address your problems as fast as possible, we kindly ask you to be clear when stating your problem and be sure to provide sample code and other relevant information about your system and setup.

Export NI MAX System Information

It might be a good idea to include a NI MAX System Information report along with your support case. To get the report, simply follow these steps provided by NI. When you’ve acquired your report, you can attach it to the support case before sending it.
